To receive your Blue Ridge Pass Honors Medallion and Recognition Letter you must complete this form – https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLSfCnngsQoB_ZxlghXrK8g736c6MWJOPkmXa1Wfp8jm8BPaSbg/viewform – no later than Apr. 25. All points earned and forms submitted after that date will be processed toward your Blue Ridge Pass account next school year. Students who have earned 25 points will receive a silver medallion and 50 points will earn a gold medallion.
