Emergency Financial Assistance
If you face an emergency situation that threatens your ability to continue at BRCC, contact the Student Outreach and Resource Center (SOAR) to apply for emergency financial assistance (PDF).
Contact the Financial Aid Office
- In Person: The Financial Aid Office is located on the first floor of the Houff Student Center, between the South elevator and the cashier’s window. In person hours are Monday-Thursday 8:30 am to 6:00 pm, and 8:30 am – noon on Fridays. Note: Financial Aid Office closes at NOON on summer Fridays.
- By Phone or Email: BRCC operates an in-house call center that can assist with questions about financial aid Monday-Thursday from 8 am to 7 pm, and Friday from 8 a.m. to noon. They can be reached at 540-453-2301 or brccfinancials@brcc.edu.
- Fax: 540-234-8189
- Upload documents securely in our DropSecure portal. DropSecure does not require a log in, so please be sure to include your name and student ID number on each document and message you send.
We do not recommend submitting any documents that include your SSN or other personal information by e-mail for your security.
