Public Safety Office
The Public Safety Office strives to provide dedicated service for all faculty, staff, and students at Blue Ridge Community College (BRCC) to ensure that the College environment is safe, productive and enjoyable. By developing partnerships with the college community this office collectively and successfully addresses issues and concerns in order to maintain a secure campus environment.
The entire BRCC community has an obligation to help keep the College safe. If you observe a crime or something you consider concerning or extraordinary, contact the Public Safety Office immediately. In the event of an emergency, call 9-1-1. You can also contact the Public Safety Office for any campus emergency or for any police services by calling 540-453-2370.

Security Reports
The BRCC Annual Security Report is prepared by the Public Safety Office in cooperation with local law enforcement and other campus security authorities. It includes three years of crime statistics as well as other information relevant to the security of the BRCC Campus.
