Whether you want to become a web designer, cyber security analyst, IT professional, or just update your computer software skills, BRCC has the training you need.  Many of our classes prepare you for industry recognized skills, such as CompTIA credentials and the Google IT Support Professional Certificate. AWS certifications are some of the most sought-after credentials in the IT industry. Start your way to a rewarding career as a cloud professional with the AWS Cloud Practitioner certification. In this class you’ll learn about the AWS Cloud platform, AWS core security architecture, pricing, services, and support methods. There are no prerequisites for this class; however, Zoom familiarity, basic IT knowledge or IT background is required to be successful. Registration deadline is one week prior to first class session.

Build your knowledge of modern computer hardware, operating systems, hardware and software trouble shooting, mobile devices, networking, virtualization, cloud computing, operational procedures, and customer service techniques. With material overviews, practice questions, and study materials, you’ll be equipped to tackle the exams with confidence.

This certification review course focuses on the N10-008 exam objectives, covering everything from basic administration to troubleshooting. Gain a deep understanding of computer networking through objective overviews and hands-on practice.

This certification review course helps you gain expertise in security assessment, implementation, and incident response. With lectures, practice exams, and study materials, you’ll be well-prepared to earn your Security+ certification.

If you’re interested in starting a career in IT Support but have little or no experience, the Google IT Support Professional Certificate program is for you! This online program, developed by Google, teaches the skills needed for entry-level IT support positions in just 5 months. Using videos, readings, quizzes, and hands-on labs, you’ll learn to master troubleshooting, networking, operating systems, administration, and cybersecurity.

Added Benefit: Students who earn the Google IT Support Professional Certificate may receive credit for ITN 106, Microcomputer Operating Systems (3 credits) and ITN 107, Personal Computer Hardware and Troubleshooting (3 credits), when enrolling in the Information Systems Technology curriculum program at BRCC.
