Students wishing to charge their textbooks and supplies to their financial aid account may do so according to the following schedule.

Does my Financial Aid Cover My Books?
Students can determine how much (if any) financial aid is available to use in the bookstore by reviewing account and financial aid information on SIS. Our Financial Aid How-To video shows you how to review your account to determine whether you have funding available for book purchases.
Can I Purchase Electronics with Financial Aid?
If sufficient funds are available after all tuition, fee, and book charges are satisfied, students may purchase ONE computer or tablet per calendar year using financial aid. The value of the item may not exceed $600. Restrictions apply. Application is required. Laptops and tablets may only be purchased with financial aid funds through the last day of financial aid access at the Bookstore.
Overcharges
If you overcharge your account, you are responsible for repayment. Overcharges usually occur due to changes in enrollment level. Students must pay obligations to the college promptly to avoid loss of services.
