BRCC Assistance
Blue Ridge Community College has funding to provide financial assistance to students enrolled in certain noncredit programs leading to industry-recognized credentials.

Other Programs
FastForward is a short-term workforce credential program to train Virginians for top, in-demand jobs across the Commonwealth. The program discounts workforce and continuing education (WCE) classes by 2/3 for Virginia residents.
Most credential programs take between six and 12 weeks and are scheduled so that students can get their education while they work.
Funding for this program is limited and may not be available at all times.
The G3 Grant Program makes community college more affordable for low to middle income families seeking employment in high-demand sectors such as technology, skilled trades, and healthcare. The program is subject to General Assembly funding.
Several lenders offer loan options to noncredit students.
Through the Workforce Investment and Opportunities Act (WIOA), Valley Workforce Centers in Staunton and Harrisonburg offer free services for job seekers and training/education funds for eligible individuals.
